So thrilled to be sharing the chat I had with EarthSpeak founders today. Natalie Ross she is the founder, podcast host and awareness activator and Shawna Cason, Co-founder, brand alchemist and medicine woman. This the first ever podcast interview the 2 of them have ever done together and the first podcast I’ve ever hosted with 2 guests at once. Was so fun to hear their stories and discuss building a supportive collective without hierarchy. They discuss the ease of working together and how trusting people to thrive in their zone of genius allows for smoother collaborations.
