Hi, I’m Sara Marie Miller
(MFA, CPD, CCH, CN, CFEP)
Finding your rhythm takes time, and I’m here to help.
I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and whole — through the art of photography and the healing power of postpartum care and wellness.
Life, especially new parenthood, can be beautifully challenging and deeply transformative. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer gentle, holistic care that nurtures your mind, body, and soul — and I capture your real, tender moments through thoughtful, soulful photography.
For more than 20 years, I’ve woven together creative expression and healing arts to support people in feeling their best. As a certified postpartum doula, clinical herbalist, functional nutritionist, artist, and flower essence practitioner, I bring a unique blend of skills to help you rest, recover, and thrive.
Why does this matter?
Because when women and families are nurtured, everyone flourishes. A rested, supported mother is the heart of a healthy family — and honoring this sacred time through care and connection is what drives me.
I specialize in postpartum support that includes overnight care and wellness coaching -focusing on deep restorative sleep, nutrition, herbal remedies, and emotional well-being. Alongside this, I create meaningful, natural photographs that honor your journey as a new parent- the small, quiet moments and the joyful milestones alike.
Whether you’re seeking compassionate postpartum care, wellness guidance, or authentic photography that honors your story, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I want to help women thrive because when women thrive, everyone thrives.
A nurtured mother is the foundation of a healthy family.
As a postpartum care provider, I am passionate about helping families feel supported and encouraged to make the right decisions for their families.
Why does this matter?
Because when caregivers are supported, entire families flourish.
When birthing people are nourished, communities grow stronger.
And when your story is honored — in healing and in imagery — it becomes a powerful part of your legacy.
I specialize in postpartum support that includes overnight doula care and wellness consultations focused on deep rest, hormone balance, nutrition, herbal support, and emotional well-being.
Alongside this, I offer thoughtful photography sessions that honor your real life — the soft, quiet glances and the wild, joyful in-betweens that shape your days.
Whether you're seeking compassionate postpartum care, custom wellness guidance, or authentic photography that reflects your journey — I'm here to walk alongside you.
I currently offer a limited number of photography sessions by day and select overnight doula care by night to ensure each family I work with receives the care and attention they deserve.
Everyone deserves support.
I am committed to providing a safe space for all families.

When you want a calm, positive and nonjudgmental person to support you, I’m your helper.
One of my doula teachers taught that sometimes all you need, is a calm person in the room, and suddenly everything feels more manageable.
I am recognized for my positive and supportive demeanor. I’m always down to listen to what is REALLY going on for you. I want to support you in your truth and help you listen to your intuition.
Find your voice and your way of being in the world and being with your family.
I love to problem solve and figure out the best ways to step forward. I meet you where you are. I’m not here to judge, I’m here to educate and give you resources to do what is best for you.
You always make the final call of what is right for you.
TESTIMONIALS
Sara is unbelievably amazing with my daughter. She has a way about her that exudes so much warmth, happiness, confidence, and positivity. She's just a pleasure to be around. She's super reliable and trustworthy. In addition to taking care of the baby, Sara is a huge help with laundry and cooking, and has made me feel like she's happy to help with anything I need. She is also very supportive and nurturing to me as a new mother. I wish she could move in forever!” -Adina
