Hi, I’m Sara Marie Miller
(MFA, CPD, CCH, CN, CFEP)
When you wanna feel fantastic, I’m here for you.
Feeling Exhausted?
Being a Human isn’t easy and
You aren’t meant to do this alone.
I’m here to help you get the rest you need to thrive physically and emotionally, checking in on what is happening with you, holistically – taking into consideration your mind, body and soul.
Over the past 20 plus years I have studied and practiced healing techniques, creative endeavors, and numerous wellness practices.
I am delighted to serve folks utilizing various gifts acquired over the years as an educator, certified postpartum doula, clinical herbalist, functional nutritionist, artist and flower essence practitioner.
My mission is to help women thrive!
There are two parts to my story….
Growing up I remember seeing my mother struggle with her health and never putting herself first.
Women often work extra shifts, clock in at extra jobs, take on the brunt of childcare responsibilities, plus managing household tasks.
And still, our culture tells women they’re not doing enough while simultaneously making it impossible to get the help and support they need.
I want to help women thrive because when women thrive, everyone thrives.
A nurtured mother is the foundation of a healthy family.
As a postpartum care provider, I am passionate about helping families feel supported and encouraged to make the right decisions for their families.
I am currently focused on limited Wellness Coaching by day and Overnight Care by night.
I see how profound deep sleep is necessary for parents to be able to fully show up the next day for whatever joys and challenges may await them.
And I love seeing my clients eliminate their long list of symptoms as we continue working together.
~
The second part of my story happened while I was living in NYC. I was making art, teaching, and my career started to take off when I got Lyme disease and had to reassess everything.
I realized if you don't have your health, nothing else matters.
Conventional medicine didn’t have much to offer me except to tell me I was getting older (I was only 33!)
I could deal with my long list of symptoms. Or I could take a bunch of drugs to mask my symptoms. No thank you!
I met with an herbalist who actually listened to me – he helped me take the first steps of addressing the root cause of my ailing health and things started to improve.
I became obsessed with plants and deep medicine as the path toward true health and wellness.
So, I moved to Colorado to study at one of the top herb schools in the country, the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism and I’ve never looked back.
I am on a mission to help people feel better so they can do the work they are meant to do on this planet.
We get there through simple remedies, nutrition, herbs, flower essences, movement, and creative self-expression.
In addition to postpartum services, I offer consultations to assist with a wide range of issues including womb wellness, sleep issues, digestion issues and mood support. Click here to learn more about my services.

When you want a calm, positive and nonjudgmental person to support you, I’m your helper.
One of my doula teachers taught that sometimes all you need, is a calm person in the room, and suddenly everything feels more manageable.
I am recognized for my positive and supportive demeanor. I’m always down to listen to what is REALLY going on for you. I want to support you in your truth and help you listen to your intuition.
Find your voice and your way of being in the world and being with your family.
I love to problem solve and figure out the best ways to step forward. I meet you where you are. I’m not here to judge, I’m here to educate and give you resources to do what is best for you.
You always make the final call of what is right for you.
TESTIMONIALS
Sara is unbelievably amazing with my daughter. She has a way about her that exudes so much warmth, happiness, confidence, and positivity. She's just a pleasure to be around. She's super reliable and trustworthy. In addition to taking care of the baby, Sara is a huge help with laundry and cooking, and has made me feel like she's happy to help with anything I need. She is also very supportive and nurturing to me as a new mother. I wish she could move in forever!” -Adina
